Like many people we had barbecue in those hot summer days. It took me some time with preparation and that's why this recipe from Marions Kochbuch is so brilliant: you mix all ingredients together and it doesn't have to rest for doubling its size. So baking is so much faster and you don't have to wait so long. I have changed the recipe a bit, by adding some spelt flour, which I fished somewhere out of the depth of the racks. The buns were very soft and was perfect for barbecue or parties.
Zutaten für 1 Partysonne:
500g Mehl ( in meinem Fall 400g Mehl+100g Dinkelmehl)
1 TL Zucker
1 Tl Salz
3 EL Öl
40 g frische Hefe
300 ml Wasser
20g Joghurt
Nach Belieben Sonnenblumenkerne, Mohnsamen, Kümmel, Käse oder Sesam
500g Mehl ( in meinem Fall 400g Mehl+100g Dinkelmehl)

Zubereitung:
- Ofen auf 190 °c vorheizen.
- Mehl mit Zucker und Salz vermischen. Öl hinzufügen. Hefe zerbröckeln und 300 ml lauwarmes Wasser zufügen. Den Teig mit einem Knethaken so lange kneten, bis sich der Teig vom Rand löst.
- Den Teig sofort in 10 gleichmäßigen Portionen teilen und zu Brötchen formen. Teigkugeln auf einem mit Backpapier belegtem Blech ziemlich dicht beieinander legen. Den Teig mit Joghurt bestreichen und nach Belieben mit Käse, Mohn, Sesam, Kümmel oder Sonnenblumenkerne bestreuen.
- Backblech auf mittlerer Schiene schieben und ca. 25-30Minuten backen.

Methode:
- Preheat stove to 190 °C.
- Mix flour with sugar and salt. Add oil. Crumble fresh yeast in the batter and add 300ml lukewarm water. Knead with a doughhook until dough detaches from the bowl.
- Divide dough immediately in 10 portions and form to buns. Put doughballs circulary close to each other on a bakingtray covered with greaseproof paper. Spread buns with yoghurt and sprinkle to taste with different toppings.
- Put baking tray in the middle track of the stove and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
